I have been king of Camelot since I was a little boy. I have a beautiful wife named Gwynevere and a "Round Table" full of knights who have pledged their lives to me. I also enjoy long walks on the beach and the "Twilight" Saga.
lying on the dirt... head hurts... Modred treaty=fail... stupid knight's naked sword ruined everything...Bedever has Excalibur...if you hear from me no more, i beg you pray for my soul Lady Balis <3
Last night's dream was really strange. In it Gawain was asking me not to battle Modred today. Apparently my crew and I would be killed if I did. He said that I should make a treaty with him, calling a trace for a month where I gave into all of his demands. After the month, he said, Launcelot would return and help me defeat Modred. I have no idea why, but I'm going to go with my dream on this and make the treaty. Hopefully he won't ask for anything too crazy.
Remember how I said I didn't know what I would do if someone stole Gwyn away from me? Well, now I do because Launcelot did his chivalric duty and saved Gwyn from burning. *sigh*
Anyway, Launcelot and I battled it out. Our forces fought outside Joyous Gard, even though none of our hearts were really in it. FINALLY the Pope had us make peace and ordered the return of Gwyn. The pictures are already up on Facebook.
Such an unnecessary fight especially since afterwards, Launcelot offered to pilgrimage to Carlisle.
Me and my crew are going after him- I want to make sure we we're cool. I'm thinking of leaving Modred in charge of Camelot and Gwyn. He seems pretty trustworthy.
STUPID MODRED is ruining everything. First, he comes to me with a plan to catch Launcelot and Gwyn in the act. I NEVER WANTED THAT but my diginity was at stake. I had to. I knew Modred could never win against Launcelot and I was right, he wounded Modred and killed 12 other knights. On top of that, Gwyn has to be burned at the stake now. It can't end any other way.
Guess who came back from the Quest today? Launcelot. I'm not actually surprised. The Holy Grail can only be achieved by the pure and noble of heart and deed. His adulterous transgressions with Gwyn and affairs with Elaine probably had a lot to do with that. Maybe if he'd confessed and prayed about it, he would have been okay but he has yet to apologize for his actions. This is completely on him and its an epic fail. It's a knight's ultimate goal to achieve the Holy Grail and as God won't allow him to, guess that plan failed. Too bad, so sad
Two years ago was the Feast for the knights. Of course, since she's royalty, I extended an invitation to Princess Elaine. Simply because she's royalty- it has nothing at all to do with the fact that she's carrying Launcelot's love child or that Gwyn is desperately jealous of her or that Elaine is madly in love with Launcelot. Nothing at all.
Elaine stayed over and I thought it only made sense to put the two, royal women near each other so I had Elaine stay in the room next to Gwyn's. How was I to know that Launcy would sneak into Elaine's room at night and do as lovers do?
Long story short, I hear screaming and all of sudden Launcelot has jumped out of a window, into some prickerbushes in only a nightshirt STARK-RAVING MAD!
Anyway, Percival and Ector finally found him. I kinda missed him, he keeps things lively around here
Today, I realized that my wife and my best friend might be having an affair. FML
Even though Merlin warned me, I didn't think it possible For the sake of the Kingdom and myself and them, it's best just to keep it a secret I love them too much for this to come out If it were, I would be forced to kill them, as dictated by the code of chivalry
LAUNCELOT GOT A GIRL PREGNANT!! Phew, had to get that off of my chest. Can you believe it though? After all this time, Launcelot finally got himself a lady :D. Her name's Elaine, daughter of King Pelles. According to him, it was an "accident". He was drunk and thought she was someone else... idk who he thought she could have been but it's still funny. A prophet said his unborn son is destined to surpass hiim spiritually AND win the Holy Grail rofl.
The news just made it to the castle so we're all pretty excited for him...except Gwyn. She seemed kind of moody since we heard about it. Maybe she's preggers herself... or it's that time of the month.
Just got a tweet that King Mark stabbed Tristan in the back with a poisoned lance....WOW! I'm pretty sure Tristan was his favorite and most loyal knight. I can't imagine how Tristan could betray his king like that. As if it wasn't bad enough that he was having an affair with Isolde, he took her away from Mark. I don't know what I'd do if one of my knights disrespected me that way with Gwyn. I love my knights and couldn't ever bring myself to killing any of them...I'd probably just attack his castle or something. This is way too much thinking...it'll never happen
So, I was talking to Merlin, the prophet, about how I'd like to get married now that I'm older. I've had my eye on that pretty daughter of Lodegreaunce, Gwynevere. She is as incomparably innocent as she is beautiful and I love her so much. Then he had to go and ruin it by saying she's destined to love some guy named Launcelot. I don't care though; I'm king and if I say I want her, then I shall have her. Merlin went straight to Lodegreaunce and told him what I wanted and he was happy to oblige. So much for prophecies, right?
This is a story all about how my life got flipped turned upside down and I'd like to take a minute, just sit right here, and tell you how I become the King of Camelot
In Sir Ector's estate, born and raised On the farmland is where I spent most of my days Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin' all cool and all joustin' wit my boys' outside of the court When my bro, Sir Kay, needed a sword Didn't wanna run back to my neighborhood I got one out of the nearest stone and the whole world said "YOUR KING OF CAMELOT!"
Lords begged and pleaded with the Archbishop day after day but Merlin proved that I was who they say The gave me my sword on Coronation Day Looks like I'm here to stay
